The state of the art facility for manufacturing of solvent based printing inks is located in the city of Udaipur equipped with spacious lab, R & Dcenter and matching center. Aravali Chemtex Pvt ltd has incorporated technology and manufacturing process which is currently ahead of similar products available in the market. Our Flexo product range not only offers high performance, high bond strength and sharper image reproduction but also ensures higher mileage and better performance.

Aravali Chemtex Pvt ltd has proved its presence in entire of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa and Delhi. At present our unit is under expansion to meet international demands and we are also in the process of setting up a new unit in the state Maharashtra. Our objective is to produce best quality user friendly inks for customer for different application at a reasonable rate.     Application: To Print on PP Woven Sacks ( INCLUDING UNTREATED FILMS)and Jumbo Bags by Flexo graphic Process.

  • Flexo HDPE Woven Sack Inks

    1. Type of Printing : Surface

    2. Solvent Base : IPA/NBA/TOL

    3. Viscosity : 35 to 65secs

    4. Solids

    6. Substrate : HDPE Woven sacks & Jumbo bags

    7. Retarder

    Application: To Print on HDPE Woven Sacks (INCLUDING UNTREATED FILMS-WITH GOOD ANCHORING) and Jumbo Bags by Flexo graphic Process.

    Uses: Used in packing of cement, sugar etc in woven sack packing. (Exclusive special UVV inks are available on request)
